Grandma's Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

This is my Grandma's recipe that she gave me when I got married. Pork chops are baked then served with a rich mushroom sauce. It takes a little bit of work, but is great for a special dinner - my husband loves it! Meatball Sub Bake

 Ingredients: 24 frozen meatballs 1 roll biscuit dough 1 jar marinara sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese How to make it: 35 mins Preheat oven to 375°F Cut the buiscuits into 8 pieces and place them in the pan. Once done cutting biscuits then cover in sauce and use a spatula to mix them up in the sauce so all of them are evenly covered. Take the meatballs and place them right ontop the biscuits pushing them down a little bit. Take your mozzarella and cover the dish with the whole 2 cup package.

ROOT BEER GLAZED SHORT RIBS

Ingredients     3½ pounds boneless short ribs (or can use 4½ pounds bone-in short ribs)     1 tablespoon olive oil     salt and pepper to taste     1 medium onion, sliced     3 carrots, peeled and sliced     2 teaspoons minced garlic     2 cups beef broth     1 cup root beer     1 tablespoon corn starch     2 tablespoons chopped parsley Instructions     Heat the olive oil in a large dutch oven over medium high heat.     Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.     Season the short ribs with salt and pepper on both sides.     Add half the short ribs to the pan. Sour Cream Noodle Bake

You’ll Need: 1 ¼ lbs of lean ground beef. 1 (15 oz) can of tomato sauce. Salt and pepper. 8 oz of egg noodles. ½ cup of sour cream. 1 ¼ cups of cottage cheese. ½ cup of sliced green onion. 1 cup of grated sharp cheddar. How to: In a skillet, brown the ground beef then add in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Let simmer. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions and set aside drained. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and cottage cheese. Add some freshly ground pepper then add in noodles and combine all together. Stir in green onions. In a casserole dish, arrange half the noodles mixture, top with half the meat and half the grated cheese. Repeat the layers. In a preheated oven to 350°, bake for 20 minutes. Easy, peasy and cheesy! These noodles are awesome, it takes no time to prepare, it quick to cook and the result is amazing! You should definitely give this a try, you won’t regret it.

Cowboy Pasta

You’ll Need: 1 lb of hamburger meat. 2 cans of Ranch style beans. 2 (12 oz) of velveeta shells and cheese dinner. 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilies. Salt and pepper. How to: In a skillet, cook the hamburger meat and drain off the fat. Add in the beans and cover. Cook on medium heat. Cook the shells and cheese according to the package directions. Once cooked, mix with the meat mixture and serve warm. Bonne Appétit! Simple, easy and delicious! I cook this pasta with broccoli and corn and I serve it with a vegetable salad and bread. Give it a shot, you will love it.

Southern Style Dirty Rice

What Ya’ll Need: 1 lb. ground meat 3 cups uncooked long grain white rice(used uncle ben’s) 4 tbsp. Creole Seasoning (used Zatarain’s) 1 1/2 tbsp. of Zatarain’s Dehydrated Sweet Bell Peppers 1 tbsp. minced Onion(used McCormick’s) 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. soy sauce 6 1/2 cups water 2 tbsp. of butter *dash of paprika on top for taste What you Do: Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat, make sure you ground it up in very small pieces, then drain and set aside. In a large saucepan bring water to a boil add all the seasonings and butter stir until mixed. Then add the meat and rice; return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

You’ll Need: 1 lb of ground turkey or beef. 6 dashes of worcestershire sauce. ½ tbsp of salt. ½ tsp of onion powder. ½ tsp of garlic powder. ½ tsp of black pepper. 6 slices of American cheese. 12 egg roll wrappers. Olive oil. Season seeds. How to: Over medium high heat, brown the ground meat in a large skillet then season with worcestershire sauce, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. Turn off the heat and start wrapping rolls by laying an egg roll wrapper on a work surface. Put half a slice of the American cheese from corner to corner on the wrapper, add on 3 tbsps of ground meat then fold the corners of the wrapper over the meat. Next, fold the bottom corner over the already folded sides and start to roll. Sill the rolls with water and finish rolling. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet seal side down. STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

Cooking Time:30   Serves: 2-3 Ingredients 6-8 green, orange, or yellow bell peppers 1-2 pounds ground beef 1 medium white onion, chopped 1 large can of diced tomatoes 2 garlic wedges, minced 1 cup of cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste  Preparation Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove all the seeds and white stuff. Simmer peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, garlic and diced tomato and fry for about 3 minutes. Stir in ground beef. Cook the meat until it is no longer pink. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out peppers. 2 pounds ground beef 2 envelopes taco seasoning 1-1/2 cups water 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed 24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells 1/4 cup butter, melted ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS (for each casserole): 1 cup salsa 1 cup taco sauce 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1-1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream 3 green onions, chopped In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.Stir in taco seasoning and water. Crockpot french dip sandwiches

Ingredients: 1 can french onion soup (10.5 oz) 1 can beef broth (10.5 oz) 1 can or bottle of beer (12 oz) 1-3 lbs of pork tenderloin or some kind of roast french rolls or something similar swiss or provologne cheese slices Directions: Pour beef broth, french onion soup, and beer into crockpot. Put tenderloin or roast in crockpot as a whole. Cook on low for 7 hours. About 30 minutes before time is up, shred the meat with a fork. Recover and continue cooking for the remaining 30 minutes. Slice open bread and put swiss cheese slices inside. Put in oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until toasty. Remove from oven and fill em up with meat.

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

3 pounds 85% Lean/15% Fat Ground Beef 1 pound Country style Pork Sausage 2 eggs ... 3/4 cup diced onion 1/3 cup ketchup 1 1/2 tsp. Morton’s Nature Seasoning 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 cup Cheddar Cheese diced into small pieces 1 pound bacon Mix all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl. Once mixed place in 2 loaf pans that have been lined with bacon (I run the slices across the pan the narrow direction then wrap the ends over the top of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes. Once it is cooked remove from the pans as soon as possible to reduce the amount of grease on your meatloaf. Slice and serve. This also makes an excellent meatloaf sandwich the next day!

Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Meatballs
